Ordered my first Bass Cat today. All the information on the Bass Cat website along with the great input from the forum made it a lot easier for me. This will be my first Bass Cat and I had a lot of questions about the various models and options available. These forums have been a great way to learn. Jay at Midwest Marine has also been fantastic to work with. Sending in all my tournament entries this weekend and scheduled a weeks fishing vacation with my son to break her in, doesnt get any better than that!!!!
Congratulations. Did you go with an Eyra, I remember you asking about it back when Rob (imdr) and I played with his last summer. Welcome to the family BTW, going be a rough several weeks waiting for your build but it will be worth the wait.
No I ended up ordering a new Cougar Advantage. The Eyra was a demo that Jay had, great boat boat but I just couldnt get over the color. I was beautiful but real dark and I hate the heat. This one is silver mist, white insert stripe and raspberry trim stripes.

No he sold the Eyra I think back in November to a lucky new owner. Jay doesnt have any Cats in stock now but I think he has one coming in. Hes sold several during the show but he is great to work with on an order!! I know he has at least one good used 2012 Cougar on consignment (red with black and silver trim).
