I can see its white and gray but which gray is it the darker one?

And the pin and hull insert is?

Is the white BCB uses the same as what could buy at marine supply stores such as West Marine?  I need a few ounces at most to repair a few chips I put in the cap this weekend with TM prop.  Shipping has gotten so expensive now because it’s now considered hazardous material by FedX and UPS so I’d like to get local if possible.
