Considering repowering my 03 Baycat with either another Opti 225 or I might move up to the 250 XS. Been real happy with the the Opti and I am curious as what advantages the XS 225 or 250 would have.Looking to get a discussion started about 2011 engines. In the 225 and up range what is the best all around engine?

If we were repowering a Bay Cat, the decision would be based upon our goal. If speed is the goal, then yes go to a 250 Pro XS. If not then consider repowering with the dependable 225 Opti. Though the Bay Cat runs well in comparison to others with anything from a 200 to a 250. BCB Admin.
