How long does it take to get a new bass cat. I have had one on order since first of june and still have not heard of a delivery time.Last edited by Echunts on July 28th, 2016, 9:55 pm, edited 1 time in total.

I would guess at least 10 weeks considering the shutdown and the EIA going on.

Contact your dealer for updates. t the time you order, that doesnt mean it gets started that day. Your order gets added to the rotation. Which may have been a week or more before even getting started. Then they have their annual shutdown around July 4th for vacation, clean up and inventory. Then you have prep for dealer meeting and Excellence In Action. Presently there is a backorder on Mercury engines holding things back, and it also holds loads that are matched with other engines. The vacation and clean up break does add a week, and meeting production took priority starting very soon into 2017. Only four boats were built as 17 before meeting, then some slipped in alongside those. The shipments should be starting to flow now and they are still waiting motors.
