considering buying a T1 series prop to replace my M series prop. I am running an 07 Puma 250 vz, good hole shot, good top end 74 to 77 depending on conditions, but mid range very little lift and sluggist.really could use sum advice on prop choice. Im running a 27 and a 25 T1 on my Cougar FTD w/ 250 HPDI. In the spring, the 27 is awesome, but when the weather gets hot the hole shot suffers. I find switching over to the 25 helps the hole shot greatly when the weather is hot and muggy. I usually run at about 70, so both props satisfy my top end needs. I could get more speed out of them but 70 is fine for me. I do have a 27 T1 that I had B&Bd and vented, but I havent tested it enough to comment on. If I can answer any specific questions on the T1, let me know.

We would suggest a 27 T1 for a 250VZ Yamaha. The newer hull is a bit freer that an 07 model, though it should spin one as well. There are not valid comparisons on a B & B Propeller as no one knows exactly what the “bender” did to the wheel? BCB

Yes, the 27 and 25 are both T1s.

I just switched from an M series to a T on my 08 Puma. There is a day and night difference between he two on my boat. The T1 is way better in every way. Good luck! Scott Callaway
