Hey guys headn to the “Big Bass Splash” this comn weekend on toled bend. Ive never once layer eyes on this lake and any info, areas, colors etc… Would be greatly appreciated. I mostly fish shallow bodies of water in MS. Thanks…..

Raingear for sure. Soft plastics anything watermelon or redbug. My partner and I will be there also. If you are south punch grass. We are carolina rig kind of guys around 8 – 25 ft.Good Luck,GeorgeGeorge

Hope you have success this weekend, Ive been having good luck using green pumpkin senkos rigged weightless with a 4/0 wg hook fishing in the grass

1 fish = carolina rig watermelon red lizard or brush hog in 20-30 feet of water. Either end. Main lake points or ridges.

Thanks for all the helpful info! Well be stayin about mid lake on the Texas side. Punching grass and tiger fishin would be my preferred approach but Im open to anything.
