Well my boat was caught in a storm this past weekend. After an appointment with the fiberglass repair shop, they totaled the hull. Going to miss that boat. 1994 Eyra. I guess Ill be searching for a different boat. Not sure if anything is wrong with the motor.

Man thats tough. Sad to see another of the Eyra brethren lost. Hope the engine is good, depending on age you might could hang it on a newer model or sell it for more buying leverage. One thing is for sure, theres not another boat that size thatll handle big water like an Eyra96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner

Yeah I really enjoyed running that boat. Youre right about handling big water. My brother and I usually hit Lake Michigan/ Green Bay every year and never had any issues. Going to miss that thing.

If you have a good motor I have a good 2000 Cougar DC with a blown motor Im looking to get rid of. I just put new seats, center step, lid shocks, rod straps, trailer strap and jack and all new pumps within the last two years. I just bought a new to me Cougar that Im headed back to pick up in about two weeks so delivery is an option. PM me if interested.

Dang, I see that 97 Eyra is sold. That wouldve been a nice ride.
