I need to replace my boards on the trailer, 93 Pantera II with an older model PII trailer and it looks like the boards are 4-1/2″ wide at the back but get to 4″ in the front. It looks as thought there this way for the curve of the hull toward the front. Can I get away with just 2×4 boards the whole length? Thanks

I replaced mine on my 91 and the boards were tapered , I took off the old carpet and made the new ones the same exact size. mark

Yeah it seems as if these are tapered to match the curve of the hull.

If you can afford it i highly suggest u call parts at BCB and order a set of bunks from them. I had them get me a set for my 93 P2 about 2 months ago and they were quite nice. Installed them right down at the boat ramp one day after fishing, took about 30 minutes with a cordless drill. I know everybodys tight on cash right now but I dont thick u will be dissapointed. Just a thought for ya.

Yeah I thought about that and I tried to call two days ago and they were supposed to call me back. I will call them again today. How much did they cost you with shipping? I would rather do that anyway if it is not too much more.
