Thanks for the replies, guys. When we pulled out this morning we noticed the wheel went back to its normal position. Guess we were just jumping at shadows. Thanks again. Matthew
Britt, the stem is a stem that has a pivot on it, though they seem to lock up if not almost vertical or less. You can try lowering the stem jack, and we will visit with the guys who handle this at BCB. BCB Admin.
That could be it. It is usually jacked up high at the time I try to move it, usually when I have just disconnected it from the truck. I will level it up some and try that. I never had a problem with my last boat and I believe the jack was made by the same company. This is why I questioned the weight issue. Thanks,Britt
The PALnut (5/8″) and the 10″ roller may not be easily found. West Marine is a good option but throw something over those arms to keep from contacting the roller tabs, and wrap and old towel or carpet around the frame taping it to/in the center and go fishing! That will be a warranty item so contact your dealer or BCB Parts and let us worry about it. Just protect the hull from damage and have a great early spring day!
I have a 2010 Jaguar and when I move my trailer inside my shop, the tire on the jack doesnt track well. It just skips/chatters across the floor and doesnt roll. The tire rolls fine when the jack is in the stowed position. I am not sure if it is just the weight of the Jag or not, I noticed Ricks Jag did this at the Greene Boat and Motor open house when they were moving it around in the show room. Just curious on any suggestions or thoughts. Thanks in advance.Britt
yes. there is a little tool that came with your boat that fits in the pin slot on the tongue that prevents the brakes from engaging when backing. A large nut will also work, but needs to be secured.
Or wire a single wire to a 12 volt power plug and put it in the outlet and plug into the blue wire connection of the trailer when you hook it to the wheeler. If you do it front to it makes it even easier..
I would check the torque on the bolts that attach the bunks. I just found one has fallen out on my trailer. Also check the bunk carpet and the carpet on the fenders and the brake lines and rubber hoses.

I will take a picture of it tomorrow. thats probably what it is. It is cut kinda on a diagonal with a catch on each end. can you tell me which slot it should be in to have brakes?
