2017 Eyra…The light is still hooked up and working but it is now just hanging on by the wires. It appears to have been glued on but I just want to make sure before I glue it back on. Can anyone confirm the factory method of fixation to the trailer?

These are put on with 3m sticky pad. 17 model call allan get a replacement. Be sure to get adhesion promoter

We would be fine with replacement of the label. If you want to reattach it then we would change the method. We haven’t had an issue we know of with these com8ng loose commonly and since it’s a 2017 it must have some tim on it.

I dont mind reapplying the current one. BCB how would you recommend doing this? I know I will need to clean the trailer very thoroughly but what do you recommend for an adhesive? Thanks,Tony D

It seems we are continually making the same suggestion though we would use Urethane adhesive on the light. The stuff is just that good! Give it a few hours and it will never come loose.

Urethane adhesive it is. Any suggestions where to find that? Lowes or Home Depot?

Parts can send you a tube. If you don’t want to wait automotive is most likely the place. Euroflex is the brand we use, though there are others.

I used PL2 construction adhesive when I had to move some battery trays around and re-install them. It is also a polyurethane adhesive, waterproof, and environmentally friendly and readily available at HD or any hardware store. If I had to remove these trays now, it would probably rip up the rigging area because of its incredible strength. I couldnt find Euroflex in Canada, so I substituted.
