They are right at 2 inches wider and 1.3 inches taller, so my only concern would be if they rub the inside of the fenders in a turn, or rub the fender edge when hitting a pothole or rough road. I would look under the trailer and make sure you have plenty of clearance between the inside of the tire and the fender, and then jack up each wheel one at a time to simulate bumps and make sure the tires do not hit the fenders. If you dont have any clearance issues after those checks you should be good as that size also has a 500# greater load capacity per tire than the 215s.
