trailer weight??

I need to file for a lost title and 1 requirement is weight. The trailer is a 1996 tandem axle trailer (PII) but the info has to be on some official looking BCB letter head or ??. Who do I need to contact? Thanks Dustin

Id just call BCB at 870-481-5135. Tell the switchboard lady what you need and she will direct you promptly.
