I think you are asking how to get the races out and how to install the new ones? If so the easiest manner is rent a bearing and race tool kit from your local auto parts store. They will have a special tool that has a handle/punch that screws into the middle of a round disc that will fit most size races. You will center that on the race facing toward the exit for that race and you hit the center handle and it will force the race out or you will be able to use a metal punch to remove the old race so long as you plan to replace it with a new one. You will then reverse the process with the race tool to install them. If you can not locate the tool a brass punch will work but only a brass punch and some patience as you do not want to scratch or score the race.
