I was talking to a fishing buddy of mine about transducer savers he said that alot of his buddies are taking a piece of pvc and siliconing there puck inside and cutting the slots at the top for the band to go through. Alot cheaper than the $40.00 ones on texasfishingforumn
That method has been used for decades, and there was even a plastic model made in the same style years ago. Bassmaster Magaizine ran a tips or help article on that many years ago.
