Usually a Ron Hill will not work well on that hull. There are a lot of reasons that get beyond a simple don’t expect much. At one time the NE crowd tried desperately to run a Spinelli as the Spinelli Brothers were convincing in that the propeller was an end all prop. In fact it does not perform well on our hulls, though people continued to try that in the early 1990’s. Some wheels just don’t work as well as others. It doesn’t mean they are bad propellers, just not in those applications.
Transom height is a number that goes from the lower(st) portion of the hull to the top of the transom at a 90 degree angle. The height of yours will range around 23.5″ usually. On a 225 EFI there are other variables like the TPI and settings and we would expect a 24 Fury to hit the rev. (RPM) limiter.
