Full fiberglass replacement ! I had it done on my old 90 model, and its still like new(a friend owns it now). Only BCB can do this properly, and i would only let one of their qualified techs do my work. The top cap will have to be sectioned, and all the wood delaminated and removed to be replaced by a glass transom, fully glassed in , with new floatation boxes, etc,,,,, Good luck.
