Trying to get the correct transomer saver for my P2 (humminbird). I know I have a slidemaster. Is it a 8″er? My boat still have all the factory equipment.
Call Scap and Shirley at Tansducer Shield and Saver, theyll get you the right one, at some point BCB went from 6″ to 8″, but I dont know when. My 09 is an 8″. Mike
You need a set of TSS (Transducer Shield Saver) for your application. You need the spacer plate that taps into the side of the jack plate and the bracket on the transducer.
This is an example of what it would look like. Obviously there will be a difference between your Humminbird and these, but the concepts remain the same. Just like Mike said call the folks up down there and they will hook you up. They are extremely knowledgeable about BCB and will ensure you get the right stuff. If you look closely at the bolt closest to the transome you can sort of see the spacer between the black TSS and the jack plate. Thats the spacer that BCB was referring to.- Chaz
