I just installed one and mine had 2 bolts holding it down. Technically they are xlarge toggle bolts and they have a domed hexed cap nut holding them down. The bolt is just an all thread rod so once you unscrew the cap nuts, you should just be able to pull it up and out. Then you can just unscrew the all thread bolt out.
