Topic: Trolling motor Question???

Well, Ill start off by saying im a proud owner of my first Cat. Ive had it all of a week now & love it. Anyway, I was out fishing yesterday & my trolling motor stopped working. I had been running it @ 50% the whole day, then I got some weeds balled up on it, turned it up to 100% & dead. Nothing happening after that. I figured I blew a fuse so I began looking for the fuse & couldnt locate it. The boat is a 07 puma w/ a minn kota maxxum. If anyone could direct me to the fuse panel or cluster it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all, JY.

I have had this happen on my Sabre before. It ended up tripping the inline fuse near the battery. If the Puma is the same, there will be a small red button on the side of the inline fuse about 6 to a foot from the batteries. Not sure if this helps you or not.

If you look within 6″ of the terminal leads you will see a small square in line breaker, and there is a press button on the end of it. BCB

Problem Solved. Thanks a ton BCB. I noticed the shortstop earlier but didnt see the small button on the side of it. Thanks again. JY.
