Have one on my Merc 250 ProXS and it fits like a glove. The back does get some water under the edge so you will need to take it off once and a while. I take mine off, clean the inside back edge because it does get a little mold underneath. The front strap just simply ties around one of the cables in front of the motor. Its a very neat set up. I love mine.
