Just wondering what is the typical turnaround time when you guys drop your boats off at the Marina. I realize it depends on what is being done but for normal things.I dropped my Pantera II off at the Marina 4 weeks ago to have a few things looked at, biggest thing being the super dash. I was told I should hear back from them in a week regarding price and what needs to be done. Its been 4 weeks and have not heard anything. Ive called a 3 times, last time I called they said my boat was next in line. That was over a week ago. My boat has not even been looked at yet. Is this normal?

They may be waiting on upgrade parts from BCB.

BCB – I know they are not waiting on parts because they have not even looked at the boat yet. My biggest concern is after they look at it Ill have to wait another month for the work to get done.smbass – Its parked next to IKEs boat from last season. Its for sale.

Id drop by in person. It has worked for me in the past. I got a sense of what was going on as soon as I made eye contact with the manager. Nice guy, but poor service. I now drive the extra mile to see Rockwall marine. More drive=less frustration and more fishing time. BTW, off season, I think a month is plenty of time to get r done.
