Any one else notice that the weather channel only broadcasts “weather” 2 hours out of 8 hours during the 4 – midnight time frame (CST) with their new prime time lineups.Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are the worst. Ive seen cantore in barrow alaska more times than i care to, I want to know what going on now (and tomorrow), more than I want to see how long it takes to fry an egg on the street in Yuma! I sent them an email expressing my concerns. Cant stay up till midnight if I have to get up at 4:30 am.Sorry for the vent, just frustrated (and cold).JimYour Signature …

It seems to be fairly typical behavior for “title specific stations” these days. I graduated from high school when MTV came out and now it doesnt even show music videos and what it does show isnt worth discussing. AMC used to run movies without commercials but now they have more commercials per hour than movie time. Just the way things are going I guess. Fortunately, we all have the internet to quickly see current weather in our specific areas. At least if you can close the pop ups quick enough. I feel your pain!!

If you have HD cable service, there are often local connected off channels that do nothing but report local weather 24/7. At least our local Time Warner does.

Ive not noticed that at all. They have weather 24/7 if theres a storm brewing someplace. Plus they have local weather on the 8s.

Unfortunately, Maria doesnt come with the iPhone app either.
