BCB, do you think there is enough parking at the “take-off / weigh-in” site for those staying at the state park lodge as well as for those who want to drive and launch from there?

There will be ample room and the road acces to the other ramp is but a walk away. They are planning a light social with music and food right after the weigh in.

There is plenty of space at the park. There is a decent size lot at ramp, and big lot just beyond that I imagine will be where the weigh in set up will be. More then enough for those staying at park or coming from other locations

Will there be the mercury and motor guide guys there I know they were in the past reason I’m asking is I’m having trolling motor trouble hope to have problem solved before getting to the OI but would hate to make the drive and have it quit on me again

The Mercury staff should be on site though they don’t work on product that comes in broken, unless dealer referred to them.

Well my retirement date got moved back until May 1st so I won’t be able to make the OI tournament as I had planned. Was supposed to retire March 31st and the OI was going to be my first retirement fishing trip. The week before last they moved my date back so I could do some additional training for my replacement. There will be a room freeing up for someone at the State Park.

Looks like we have take off numbers at the top of this thread! How many registered boats are we anticipating?
