BassCat, I have a 2009 Puma FTD (round dash) and have been wanting to upgrading the drivers console to look like the newer style to accept a dual electronics. I recently cracked the side of the console in rough water where my 2nd depth finder was installed, there were 2 small washers holding the ram mount and HD12 with no backing (previous owner installed). Do you know it this has been previously attempted with success? I will order if the console would fit, I just dont want to pay for a console that will be a paper weight.Thanks

The newer consoles get a vacuum behind the windscreen with the large model screen.

Cant see why it wouldn’t fit as the layout of the top caps seem to be the same. I always preferred the round style console with electronics in the center with the larger windshield.

Maybe it is just me but is that a yes?
The new style console will fit a 2009 puma ftd? I have considered this myself a time or two.

They fit the sidewall though they certainly are not favoring to build one as the colors and molds are used in production. It’s not like an aftermarket console that they retained and built molds for. These are drivers side each boat gets and they don’t have extras.

Thanks BCB… I gotta do something about mine, but will be waiting till the end of this fishing season because I’m digging deep in the wallet this year with events coming up next month. I also would like to see what Lowrance is going to release in the near future before I make a final decision.
