Vault Seal

Has anyone had to change a seal on their Vault system? I have a 2010 trailer that is throwing grease on one wheel. I can get the grease and I believe it is the correct seal from Eastern Marine. I will be having someone do this and was interested if there is anything he needs to know about. Thanks in advance

inside (by the axle) or outside (by the lug nuts)?

Have not crawled under it, but couple times have had grease on the outside of wheel and can see a layer of grease on the inside of the wheel.

One last question. Is the bearing size 1.68?
