Ive got a Vexilar flasher in my 2006 PIV. Great piece of equipment. Here recently, the unit will not pick up the bottom though …..nor anything else. When I cut it on, I get the red flashing light at depth “zero” but no other flashes. I can turn up the intensity knob (little knob) all the way And still do not get a bottom signal. Im guessing my transducer is dead. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Thought I would ask before I order a new transducer. Transducer is mounted in the bilge and is not loose.
