Vision touch pad question for BCB or those who could help

My BCB family….. I went fishing today and to my surprise – the led light dots on my vision touch pad werent working. At each button push, the beeper did its thing and everything functioned perfectly, but there were no indicator lights. I know the touch pad has a ribbon wiring connector to the brain box. Is there a brain box wire that specifically controls the button lights?

No, those we dont recall exactly on the Vision Touch pad. We think the LED lights are on the circuit boards.

Same exact thing happened to mine. Contacted my dealer and had to get a new touchpad and box. This one runs my bilge pump continuously on auto setting as well as manual. Its either off or on, no auto. Havent had a chance to make it back to my dealer yet.

So will I need to replace the touchpad, control box, or both? When I order the touchpad – does a control box come with it or is that a separate purchase?

The touch pad is not separate like the NexSysLink system touch pad. BCB purchases all touch pads for install, though they are installed on the ATen computer operated units at the electronics factory. Yes, you will need the assembly.
