Unrelated issues, though the oil lines appear to be possibly pinched, or the input valve from the crank case have a clog in the laser drilled diaphragm. The crank case provides pressure to the oil tank, which pressurizes the oil into the upper reservoir. The voltage regulator appears to be out on the engine as that is too many volts there on delivery. Idle seems fine, though 18.6 on top is a wee tad much. BCB
