Bought a new Sabre end of March and purchased the Platinum Mercury Warranty with it as a part of the promotion going on at the time. Have had a few things show up in the mail, but after 3.5 months still nothing about the extended warranty I purchased or the cover. Just seeing if this is normal time to wait or should I escalate. Dealer says it just takes time and I understand that, but 3.5 months seems to be stretching that. Not ranting. Just seeing if this is the norm. Thanks.

And I absolutely love the Sabre. Best boat I could buy and still fit in my garage. No regrets at all.

You can check with Mercury about the warranty, or you can ask your dealer to check. Mercury confirmed my platinum warranty when I asked, but did not send me anything about it via mail. I presume that they expect the dealer to verify warranty coverage anyway as part of the initial service write-up…Cover you should check on. There is a lead-time on em, what that currently stands at only BCB can tell you. And on rare occasions, something might slip through the crack at your dealer also, so I would check sooner rather than later.2008 Pantera Classic2014 Mercury Pro XS 200

I never got anything from Mercury but it was in the computer system and my dealer was able to access it.

Ive had my Caracal for over a year and never got anything in the mail. However we I did my recall for the reed plate the motor was in their computer system.

I just bought a 2017 Eyra and I was told by my dealer that Mercury never sends out anything . I think they should, but I verified with them I am in their system. As for the cover, I bought the aqualon and it took about 10 weeks to finally get it and that cover was worth the wait.

That is not a purchase through Mercury, though a BCB promotion that generally is closed all at one time in summer. If you bought a Mercury warranty from your dealership then it should have that. If the extended warranty was a part of a BCB promotion those are in the process of being purchased. They have to do these in a one time buy and must wait till the promotion is closed. Mercury will not send a notice, though your dealership (or any Mercury) can verify and print the verification if their laptop is connected to a printer.
