Weak Hydraulics on power pole

I have a 2008 power pole. It is very week coming up especially in mud. I sent it back to power pole to be rebuilt last year and it is no stronger.Anyone have this issue? If so any suggestions?Thank You

Switch to Talons and get away from all the Hydraulic issues….sorry had to jump on this one…lol
