I went to Brech Marine To find out my 225 Yammi HPDI would not idle. Well Scott found a cylinder that would not hold compression. The repair cost was going to be around $3500 so I decided to buy the P4 he had on the showroom. He gave me a great trade-in and purchase price. So I have a new boat and a Yammi SHO and the cat tradition continues.

That would have to be the Pantera IV which Brech recently received. Sorry for your bad day that turned into a new boat and hope you enjoy your new rig! Sort of a frog to prince story in there somewhere?

What a beautiful boat. I knew it would not last long after the show. Once purchased not many re-sale. What a testament to the PIV that has PUMA like layout luxuries. Getting a front deck like that is very special in the 19 5″ class boat. I can look back at my BassCat travels and say what did I do when I sold my PIV but theres no regrets when I transitioned to the Eyra/SHO combo. Yep, my two personal favs in the BC lineup not counting the USS Jaguar. Someday, my goal is to get back in a PIV or similar type of boat. Heres a good start for M099643:
