I am reaching out to my “creative” Bass Cat family wondering what people are using for Minn Kota Ultrex directional illumination in the dark? I love the trolling motor so far but I do a fair share of “night fishing” in the summer and Minn Kota provided no directional indicator for those of us that fish during the low light period.
I thought of purchasing “glow in the dark” tape and affixing it to the head unit prior to fishing at night. I also thought about “glow in the dark” paint for the head. Am I missing the obvious? Surely Minn Kota did not overlook this…
