IT is a pivoting spider mount that allows his butt seat to be set at an angle. You can get those at many boat shops, and commonly at a Gander Mountain, West Marine or Bass Pro.
Ok thanks, do you know what seat he has mounted on it? It doesnt look like anything Ive been able to find. Looks like its flat and thin and would be great for leaning against in rough water! Thanks guys Danny
