Also I dropped a 1/4″ drive ratchet into side of boat under steering wheel and hear it slide toward rear of boat.Will this evetually slide down in to bilge ?Thanks

No, you need to Fish it out with a magnet. We dont use tethers at BCB because we know access areas and how to angle your body, arm and etc… though suggest owners use tethers. The piece your asking about is a warning beeper for the engine. They are louder when they are not secured, so we dangle them for maximum noise.

Thanks for quick reply.It slid way back.If I dont get it out will it cause any major problems ? It was weird deal how it fell out of my hand,bounced just right against wiring into hole.Last edited by JPro on September 25th, 2016, 3:18 pm, edited 1 time in total.

It seems to happen to me just about every time I try to work on something.
