Ive been in dash mounting my graphs for a few years now. Works good but this year I am going with Precision Sonar. The Precision Sonar mounting plate gives you the ability to angle your graph to eliminate glare, remove the unit for security or repair. (cutting your graph back out of the dash is a PAIN if you have to send it off or replace it)The mounting plate also places your graph closer to your finger tips to make adjusting your views while running WOT a lot easier. I did the same thing as Jamey but with a Sherms Mount. Mine has worked perfect in all aspects and is a bargain compared to what similar mounts are selling for. Sherm is a Great guy to deal with too!Dan
I did this mount before it became “Precision” when it was just KicknBass or Randys mount. I put a Touch9 on my boat and LOVE it. You will not be disappointed in any way. Linc W.
Its funny to us that we had requests to go in dash, to RAM mounts and away from gimbal mts, and now we see a slide back to gimbal mounting. Time changes everything!
