I know dumb question, but this is my first trailer with torsion axle. Read somewhere you are not supposed to jack trailer up on a torsion axle, will bend/collapse it. I have a 22 Pantera 2, single axle trailer. I looked in owners manual but couldn’t find anything. Is there a safe/recommended spot on trailer frame? Figured would be on main frame in front/behind axle, but wanted to make sure. Tried search but didn’t find anything.

Plan on making a tote to leave in tow vehicle with a floorjack, tools, etc… been lucky so far, but heard about someone having to leave boat on side of road to go get tools and stuff disappearing, so figured should be proactive

With tandem axle would be way easier to change tire. Saw ramps that would make life easy.

Excellent question. Maybe BassCat might start to place a sticker showing the place for the jacking lift point.

You can not place enough pressure on the torsion axle to bend those. Jack it up anywhere, on frame or axle, you feel comfortable and don’t worry about the armchair quarterbacks opinions.

Just do not place jacks under the fender wing arm braces.

The easiest thing for a trailer is below. Harbor Freight has them cheap.
