Ive got an 09 Puma with 26 Fury and 225 Pro XS…itll turn 5700 rpms @ 75mph with just me in it with half a tank of gas and livewells empty. Has a great hole shot. A 25 Fury will probably get you the rpms your after…probably loose a mph or two with the 25, but will carry a heavy load a little better. My boat runs 72.5 mph with 2 people, half a tank of gas, and livewells full. I would try one first if you have somebody wholl let you spin theirs.
