BCB, please do not take this question the wrong way because it is not meant to be a shot at you guys. I was just trying to get an understanding what made the replacement dash so expensive. I sat down last night and figured up my online shopping cart total on all the things I need to order to restore my new old 96 PII. My bill came up to just over $750. $465 of that was the super dash replacement along with the water pressure and trim game. $64 for the water pres. / trim gauges, $150 for the Touch Pad, which left $150 for the speed and tach guages. I did not know if the guages cost that much or if there is some kind of special electrical harness needed to convert the new dash from the old dash? Anyhow, I have 1/3 of the money saved so far, hopefully I can place my order by spring.
