Before freezing how do u keep water gauge from freezing ? Do u disconnect a tube & drain it so gauge wont damage?2014 Puma FTD 250 XS

Most dont worry about the gauge pressurizing and we find few that have been decalibrated or weakened by freezing.

I have never had a problem with mine freezing in the past anyway. My boat is kept in an unheated garage here in Indiana all winter. I have Smartcraft gauges now, I think they may be electronic though. But when I had a regular pressure gauge, it never caused any issues.

Never had that problem.
