Try posting this over in the BassCat Boats page. However, I would say that without pictures or a good description of what you have it would be impossible to help legitimately. Overall, there are two sets of plugs for the TM system a part from the cranking system on the port side of the rear compartment. Use those to get to the TM, then use the pos and neg connectors from the charger and one set for each battery. I just ran into this problem with my 36v system and went through a lot of trial and error and a few blown breakers. Another way to do this would be put both batteries in. Then take a negative lead from the boat and put in on one of the batterys negative head. Then take a Marine Grade wire with a 24v/40A breaker and connect it to the positive side of the previously connected battery and lead it to the negative side of the other battery. Then connect the positive lead from the boat on the pos end of the other battery. Three weeks ago I had no idea about any of this. Its amazing what messing some stuff up until you get it right will teach you.Last edited by SuicideNemesis on March 9th, 2011, 12:35 am, edited 1 time in total.- Chaz
