Today I received a new hat and jacket along with a personal letter from Rick Pierce. I have owned several different brand of bass boats for over 25 years and I have never gotten the personal attention that I have got from this company. I am impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. Reading this board and hearing about how the customers are treated made me buy a BassCat. I think that was the best decision I have ever made. My new Cougar has exceeded my expectation. The quality is second to none. I also like the attention to detail I have received from my dealer, Texas Boat World and the owner Cliff Brown. I sit here reading this owners board and I think “boy Im sure glad this is here” I cant believe how much I have learned from all of you guys. It also makes me feel very comfortable knowing I have some place to get my questions answered. You never know, some where down the road I may need information about something on my boat or trailer and I have a place to get the answers I need. Thank you soooo much for being here.
