More data would be helpful , but if its an older 2 stroke the powerhead must come off to change them . — Hydro-tec has some solid mounts that eliminate the factory stuff , but they do transmit a bit of vibration into the hull . — Worth the effort though , as they give it a much more agile feel to drive . — As far as labor , a couple or three hours should be adequate to do the job , again assuming its a 2 stroke model . — Hope this helps —
