Hey Jim, I had talked to Mike there and they were really looking forward to getting you in a rig. From talking to them they are some “GOOD” guys over there. Congrads on your purchase, you did not go wrong. I fish out of the back of a 06 Sabre here in the valley, probably the only Sabre out here, and every once in a while, while Jason is retieing I get the chance to take the helm. Sorry Judd! End of March, End of April, whats the difference on a rig like that. You should have heard Doug and a few others talking up that color combo the days before you finally showed up at the Hotel. They had us all in suspence “a red boot, cant wait to see this one”. I must admit if I were able to fish more and have a bit more extra cash, I would go with the FTD in the some color combo. You tell them Mr. Desk Job. Just kidding. I totally agree it is hot with all these days over 110 degrees but nothings better then taking a dip (or falling) in the lake when it is 110 or more and the water temp is in the 90s. Right now at 6 am Saturday it is the coolest it has been in over a month and a half. Its raining outside and it is 80 degrees with a high expected of only 94 degrees and rain most of the day. But “Its a dry heat” right. We will be out on the lake tomorrow, high expected of 100 with isolated showers all day. What to do when its too hot to fish? Spend several hours at the new local BassPro Shops we have here now.
