i purchased the boat used 2.5 years ago…im just running a Optimax and not a Pro XS…i would say that i normally carry about 100 lbs of gear…there was a 27 Solas on the boat when i bought it and im been unhappy with its performance and am ready for a change…i have a chance of getting a brand new 26 Trophy for $300 and am considering it…before i spend the money, i just want to make sure that i get the best prop for my rig

currently, im running a 27 Solas…5750 is the where the rev limiter kicks in and ive adjusted the motor on the jack plate to try to find the best height for the motor…i know the boat is capable of performing better than it does with the Solas and just need some expert advice on which prop will be best for my situation

hey Phil, Im with you on this one. I love hunting season cause lots of folks are in the deer woods and us non-hunters have the lakes to ourselves. Some great fishing the opening day of deer season for sure
