TRP,Though I dont post on the owners board often, I spend an awful lot of time here reading posts made by “the family” regarding questions or concerns on thier boats, or just comments on fishing, sports or anything at all. I was amazed at how often BCB would show up with support to answer those questions or concerns even very late at night. When I read your post I knew it would not be long before BCB would show up. Nobody does customer service better, period. Hence the JD Powers Award 5 years running. There is a wealth of knowledge to be had here on the board and if you cant find what you need to know just ask and you will be answered by someone.
