I have 9 latches that lock and 3 that do not lock. I do have keys for the locks. They are a few of them that need the bottom arm. As for the price look on Bass Cat website and go from there. Just shoot me a price.Thanks,Tyler

No I purchased them from tackle warehouse. The name of the mounts are Balzout. I hated messing with my old Rams.
