Check out Bass Boat technologies. I have their dual mount with HDS 12s but he also makes a single mount.
I ordered some really strong magnets from Amazon and use them in the bow well of my cougar to hold pliers and scissors. Attached them with 3m double sided tape. 3 months in and still works great.
