Im about 3 hours from Sherms. I checked the website and they have several models on hand I can look at. If theyre open tomorrow I certainly can go check out the cats. Thanks to all who responded
Thanks everybody. The BassCat boat owners “family” is most certainly a helpful and friendly group. One of the many great things about the BassCat brand.
My local Michigan dealer ordered one similar to that . Sabre FTD red/silver with 150 SHO for upcoming shows . He said the 150 SHO on the Sabre is his favorite
What color is this boat? It looks blue here but the youtube video appears more green blue or aquamarine . Awesome neverthelessThanks
Thanks for the replies its a newer BCB and trailer . (1-2 yrs old) . Lots of miles on trailer so just wanted to know what to look for considering I need to drive it 1200 miles home
Checked terminal block-all wires tight and good.I also disconnected the A10 (wiring harness at the A10) and no change. Graphs all work- trim turn signals, jackplate all work. No gauges, no pumps (bilge and live well) no lights, no A10
catdude28 wrote:Try a re-boot of the A 10. Unplug it at the back for a minute, and then plug it back in. No luck..did not change anythingI wonder if it could be the master switch itself. it is interesting that when the console does have power, pushing a button on the A10 sets it off.
fireman87 wrote:I had the same problem. I finally pulled every wire off the terminal block and finally found a bad crimp on a ground. I put new crimps on several wires while I hard them off and no more problems .even if I found a bad one I am not sure I am qualified to put a new crimp on. I will pull them off one at a time and see how it goes.thanks
Yes, ground wire it is. even when it looks “good” check it.Mine looked good. I unscrewed it, sprayed some conduction solvent on it and now I am good to go.thanks all
Thank you . Appreciate the responses
yes it was the ground on the trailer. took sometime in the dark to find it. tightened it up with some of that electrical spray stuff and all good.
I found it. it was in the back of the bilge area, directly in midline in front of drain plug- Ive been looking for two weeks and never saw it.Primarily because it is not attached anymore -i guess i will just epoxy it back on -mustve rattled itself loose.
so my next natural question is can I epoxy it into the nice little space (old epoxy) it came out of??Or do I need to hammer and chisel that out first ?
