Fish4funI have had my p-4 since october and is set up just like yours. I have found the 25 tempest to be the best all around prop in the mercury line. The 25 trophy has a little better holeshot but does not perform as well on the top end .I am still tweaking on my shaft height but the zone seems to be 2.5 to 3 inches.I had keystone propeller build me one of their signature series 25 tro-4and would not trade it for two merc props.Holeshot,speedand handling are all better. Let me know how yours performs. Always like to hear how other p-4s are runningand how their setup.My best gps run has been 72.3
