I would contact a local attorney, Most non-compete contracts are scare tactics. However, a Attorney might be able to help you find a way out. Has the company fullfilled all of its contractual obligations ie: salary, bonuses,401k, benefits, promotions, etc? If not your contract with them is void. A contract is only as good as the person writing the document, and if any part of the contract is not fullfilled the entire contract is in breach. 30 yards, Mathews Legacy, 100 grain thunderhead. Was opening day of our gun season 4 pm, had to make a quick decision on the shot he was chasing a doe along with another smaller 8 point. He pummeled the 8 point just a few minutes earlier, throwing him onto the ground. Was a awesome few minutes to witness. I missed a 150 class 10 point earlier in the week and passed a 140 class 8 point the week before. Was a awesome week to be in the woods with alot of bucks on thier feet.
